Hello confidence. Hello happy clients

For everyone in veterinary practice who knows it's not usually the work bit that's hard.

Find it hard to leave work at work?

Usually it's not your decision that niggles, it's how the conversation felt. The good news? That part is fixable.

Make money talk feel good to you and your clients

This is for you if any of these resonate:

You're already braced for a negative reaction before you've uttered a word

You struggle to help clients see the value of things like dentals or buying medicines from you.

You bristle when clients push back on prices and you don't know what to say

How it works

Worth It is our new small group, 8 week programme built to change how money conversations feel for you and your clients.

Each week you'll join a live 45-60 minute group session exploring a different aspect of value and cost conversations - from the psychology of why they feel hard, to practical frameworks for handling pushback, and embedding new communication habits that stick. Sessions are recorded if you can't make it live.

Between sessions you'll have access to optional short videos, worksheets and tools to help in your clinic, as well as a WhatsApp community to keep the learning moving.

The focus throughout is behaviour change, not just information - so by the end, things will feel different, not just sound different.

How long it takes

8 live weekly sessions (45–60 minutes each), recorded if you can't make it live

Optional short videos

Worksheets and practical tools to use in your clinic

WhatsApp community for peer support between sessions

Certificate of completion

12 hours CPD

What you'll need to do

Not as much as you might think. Each week you'll join the group call, complete a short implementation task in your clinic and have access to other optional resources to help you.

Most weeks that's 90 minutes in total and everything is designed to fit around a busy working week.

What you get

Worth It works best when you're ready to commit to the full 8 weeks and open to trying things differently.

Hear things the way your clients do

This is for you if any of these resonate:

Some conversations go well and others don't, but you can't put your finger on why

You want to improve but don't have anyone to give you honest, specific feedback

When you're focused on the client and the patient, you can't pick the conversation apart

How it works

Client conversations are sensitive. We take that seriously, and we've made the process as straightforward and secure as possible.

The key difference is that InsideConsult analyses recorded consultations, whereas InsideCall analyses incoming client calls. Both follow a similar process: you upload recordings to our secure SharePoint - we can set this up for you, or you can use your practice's - we analyse them using our behavioural science frameworks, and you receive a personalised coaching report.

Both are available as 3 or 6 month programmes, with a fresh report delivered each month.Small, manageable tweaks that build on each other - month after month.

What you get

Each report is written specifically for you - not a generic checklist, but a detailed, behaviour-focused analysis of your real conversations.

We get specific. We don't say "try to connect with clients more" — instead we make it actionable: "use their name at the start and end of the conversation."

Every report celebrates what's working as well as identifying what to tweak, so you feel motivated and can see yourself improving month on month.

What's involved

Before you start, you'll need to make sure you have consent in place from clients whose conversations will be recorded. We can help you think through what needs sorting.Recordings are stored securely on Microsoft SharePoint and never shared with third parties. We have a clear retention policy to ensure recordings are deleted appropriately once they're no longer needed.

Who this isn't for

best when you're genuinely committed to making small, incremental changes over time.

They're probably not right for you if:

You're looking for a one-off snapshot rather than ongoing development

You're not in a position to record client conversations consistently

You want immediate results rather than gradual, sustainable improvement

Focused entirely on you

This is for you if any of these resonate:
Woman in glasses speaking at a podium with a microphone and laptop during a presentation.

You've tried some CPD, but want something more personalised

You've got some specific communication challenges you want to focus on

You find working in a group difficult, and prefer one-on-one focus

How it works

1:1 mentoring usually runs over 12 weeks, with 6 fortnightly sessions of an hour each, all delivered remotely.

Before your first session you'll complete a short questionnaire to help us understand your goals and where you want to focus. Your first session is a planning session - we use it to help you map out exactly what you want to work on and how.

From there, each session is built around you - your real conversations, your specific challenges, and the communication skills you want to build. Your final session looks back at your progress and helps you plan what comes next.

What you get

Six one-to-one sessions focused entirely on you and the communication challenges that matter most to you.

As your mentoring progresses, you'll receive any relevant tools, frameworks and worksheets to support what you're working on - all drawn from the full InsideMinds resource bank.

And of course you get to build confidence, improve your communication, and build a better sense of how to handle the moments that used to catch you off guard.

What you'll need to do

You'll complete a short questionnaire before your first session and another at the end. Beyond that, the main thing we ask is that you come to each session open, engaged and ready to try things out.

Who this isn't for

1:1 mentoring works best when you're ready to invest in yourself and committed to making change.

It's probably not right for you if:

You're looking for a one-off snapshot rather than ongoing development

You're not in a position to record client conversations consistently

You want immediate results rather than gradual, sustainable improvement
