Whiskers vets asked us to help arm their team with confident communication skills.

The Challenge

Having worked in the practice for some time, the new Whiskers Vets Directors had taken the exciting step of buying the clinic. Having settled the team into the new clinic setup, they wanted to take the next step in empowering them with effective commnicaiton skills which would make life easier and client experience seamless.

The Process

We worked with the Directors to understand the key pinch points for their team's client conversations. Using their insights and listening carefully to the most prctical mode of delivey for them, we designed them a bespoke behavioural science programme.
